Abstract

The Concentrate Questions and Answers series offers the best preparation for tackling exam questions. Each book includes typical questions, answer plans and suggested answers, author commentary and other features. Illegality is one of the most confusing areas within the law of contract, particularly as regards the consequences of a finding of illegality. This chapter considers recent developments in this general area of law as well as contracts in restraint of trade.
